The shell/armour they have is inspired by the turian exoskeleton. I want them to look more fierce, but to also appear noble. Or... stoic? Owf. I don't know.
Look at dem fins. They're the most noteworthy change here.

Ahh~ I love the turians from Mass Effect.
I focus too much on faces, so I can't remember how the rest of their bodies appear. I remember reading that their fingers are tipped with talons?
